We
are a California Mobile Notary Public Service offering
full Notary Public and Loan Document Signing Services
to Mortgage Lenders, Brokers, Title and Escrow Companies
in Southern California. We specialize in on-call, emergency,
last minute, after hour, weekend, regular business hours,
and out of area notarizations. We will travel to the borrower's
home or work to notarize your important documents 24 hours
a day/7 days a week!
Our
offices are located in Irvine, California and we have
been in business for over 5 years.
Feel free to Email us the Loan Docs to save time &
money for those rushed signings!
We
also accept Overnight Delivery, or we will pick up the
docs from your location (Orange County only). We return
docs quickly via your preferred overnight delivery service
or we will drop them off personally.
We will invoice the Title/Escrow Companies directly for
our services and pay our contractors at the end of each
week.
We can do appointments within the same day of the order.
However, due to traffic conditions and prior appointment
duration, we cannot guarantee appointment times. At best,
we strive to arrive within a half hour of the appointment
time.
We will pick up or deliver the Loan Documents at no extra
cost to you. However, in some cases, Title/Escrow Companies
or lenders will need to courier loan documents to the
customer directly. After the loan signing, we will forward
the loan documents via courier, and these fees will be
at the Customer's Expense.
Cancellation
Policy
We reserve the right to bill for time and travel
fees as follows . . .
1.
The Customer doesn't sign due to incorrect terms,fees,etc.
2.
The Customer doesn't sign due to incorrect terms,
fees,etc and they resign on a redraw. We will
bill a time and travel fee for the first appointment
and we will bill for the loan signing on the
second appointment.
3.
The customer signs and they cancel. (We will
require full payment even if the borrower cancels)
Our
time and travel fee will range from $80 to $125.
